1. Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We’re working on expanding internationally – stay tuned!
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days, and express shipping is 1–2 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package all the way to your door, you can also use the tracking page on our website.
4. How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

5. What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
So sorry about that! Please email us at info@frenzy-clothing.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll sort it out ASAP.
6. How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to message us for advice!
7. Do you restock sold-out items?
We do restock some of our popular styles! Follow us on Instagram @frenzy_clothes or sign up for our newsletter to get notified first.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Email us at info@frenzy-clothing.co.uk as soon as possible. Once it ships, we’re unable to make changes.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect present for any Gym Freak. You can find them here.
