Not quite the right fit? No stress. We make returns easy so you can shop with confidence.

At Frenzy Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — no hassle, no drama.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

🚫 Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or socks unless faulty.

🔁 How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at info@frenzy-clothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you return instructions (and a return label if eligible)

  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging

  4. Drop it off at your local post office or courier point

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

💸 Return Shipping Costs

  • UK customers: If your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is free

  • For other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Let us know when you email — we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, depending on availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our end

  • We do not accept in-person returns at our business address
